Hello PEP Parents! I wanted to take a second and provide some helpful information on ordering school photos. If you have any questions not covered below, email me at Megan@Rose-ReyPhotography.com. Picture dates are:

• TU/TH - 4/13/21 during class time
• MWF am- 4/14/21 during class time
• MWF pm- 4/14/21 during class time

Timeline: Photographs are available approximately 3 weeks after being taken (approximately May 3). Once the pictures become available, navigate to "CLIENT LOGIN" on the home page and you will see your child's class listed in a gallery. When you open their gallery, you will be able to locate your child's photographs as well as class photographs. A deadline of one week will be set for orders as the end of the school year is quickly approaching.

Digital or Prints: Both! You can choose to purchase either digital photographs or prints, or both. Prints will be shipped from a professional photography lab straight to your home. Select pre-made packages or a la carte items, fill in the prompts provided (add email, payment information, shipping address, etc.) and the photographs will come directly to you. (Standard size prints, wallets, magnets, etc. available). Digitals can be ordered directly online using the same prompts as the prints. Upon receiving payment, a link containing the items will be sent directly to your email. Open the link and download to your desktop (not mobile) and you will have full resolution images. (do not screenshot or the resolution of the image will change).

Pricing and Packages: Individual prints, digitals, and packages are available within the gallery. You can view them by going into the cart icon on your child's photograph (for a la carte) or by clicking the "Buy packages" link at the top right of the gallery. When creating a package, click on the "+" sign on the far right and then select the photograph you would like in the highlighted section. Shipping costs of $5 are applied at checkout for prints.

Below is a sample of some of the packages and a la carte pricing. Each sections (prints, digitals, products) will display different items within the gallery.
